Laser-Cut Panels
Enclosures, boxes, and structural panels cut to precise dimensions from plywood or MDF.
Wood is one of our most flexible laser-cutting substrates — plywood and MDF for structural or enclosure parts, and lighter species like balsa and basswood for models and decorative work. Finish, grain, and cut settings vary by species, so we confirm thickness and material grade against your drawing before cutting.
Cuts cleanly on the laser with a natural charred edge, takes engraving well, and is easy to paint, stain, or seal afterward — not a substitute for parts under sustained structural load.

Engraved plaques, nameplates, and stand-mounted signage with crisp, permanent detail.
Ornaments, gifts, and display models where grain and warmth matter as much as shape.
Layered site models, scale structures, and presentation mock-ups with clean engraved detail.
Plywood and MDF cut and hold structural shape well for enclosures and panels, while balsa, basswood, and bamboo suit lightweight models and decorative work where minimal weight matters more than strength. Veneer and cork extend the range further for surfacing and finishing applications. All species take laser engraving cleanly for text, logos, and fine detail, and finish well with paint, stain, or sealant afterward. Wood isn't a substitute for load-bearing structural parts under sustained mechanical stress — for that, metal or an engineering plastic is the better call.
